Return & Exchange Policy
At MOLCI, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-made and exclusive dresses. Due to the nature of our products, we have a specific return and exchange policy outlined below:
Custom-Made Dresses
- As each custom-made dress is tailored specifically to the client’s measurements and preferences, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders.
- Before finalizing the design, we conduct multiple fittings and adjustments to ensure a perfect fit. If any minor alterations are needed, we are happy to make adjustments as agreed upon during the process.
Ready-to-Wear Products
- If you purchase a ready-to-wear product and it does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
- Proof of damage (photos) may be required for processing the return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made dresses
- Gift vouchers
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service at hello@molci.store with your order details.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to return your item.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
