These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made at MOLCI, whether online or in-store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. General Information
- MOLCI specializes in custom-made dresses, ready-to-wear garments.
- All products are crafted with attention to quality and detail.
- Prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Orders & Payment
- Orders can be placed through our official website, social media platforms, or in MOLCI Dress Gallery
- Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.
- We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
- For custom-made dresses, a 60% deposit is required before production begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
3. Custom Orders & Production Time
- Each custom-made dress is designed and tailored specifically to the client’s measurements and preferences.
- Production times vary depending on the complexity of the design, typically ranging from 2 to 6 weeks.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and design approvals to avoid delays.
- Any additional requests or changes after production has started may incur extra costs.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer domestic and international shipping.
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
- Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
- MOLCI is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- Custom-made dresses cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for the client.
- Ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
6. Gift Vouchers
- MOLCI Gift Vouchers are available for purchase both digitally and physically.
- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used for any MOLCI product.
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Privacy & Security
- All personal data provided during purchases is handled in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Payment details are securely processed through encrypted payment systems.
8. Modifications to Terms & Conditions
- MOLCI reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

GIFT VOUCHERS
1. Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of your Digital and Physical gift voucher.
When can I use a MOLCI Gift Voucher?
2. The MOLCI Digital Gift Voucher can be used to buy any item sold by www.molci.store apart from MOLCI E-Gift Vouchers. The MOLCI Physical Gift Voucher can be used to buy any item sold in MOLCI Dress Gallery store J.Basanaviciaus g. 4A, Vilnius apart from MOLCI Physical Gift Voucher.
3. You can email a Digital Gift Voucher to family and friends, or print it out to give to them personally. It is the perfect way to give a gift when you don’t know what to buy!
What is a MOLCI Gift Voucher?
4. The MOLCI Digital Gift Voucher is available from €200 denominations and enables you to give a gift when you don’t know what to buy. A Physical Gift Voucher can be purchased for any amount.
5. Digital Gift Vouchers are issued via email using an electronic voucher code, which can then be redeemed at the Checkout to buy any product on www.molci.store.
6. Physical Gift Vouchers are beautifully packaged and can be purchased directly at the MOLCI Dress Gallery. They can be used for purchases through the showroom or by contacting customer service for order assistance. The Physical Gift Voucher offers a more personal touch for special occasions and is a perfect choice for those who appreciate a tangible gift.
How do I order a Gift Voucher?
7. You can add the Gift Voucher to your shopping basket like any other product by selecting the ‘Add to Basket’ button found on the ‘Buy Now’ tab. Then continue to checkout to complete your order. The Physical Gift Voucher can be purchased in MOLCI Dress Gallery store J.Basanaviciaus g. 4A, Vilnius to receive a beautifully packaged voucher instantly.
8. If you want to purchase more than one Gift Voucher, you can increase the item quantity on the basket page or go back to the relevant Gift Voucher product page and add more items to your basket. You can also buy other products at the same time as placing your order for Gift Voucher(s).
What currency are Gift Vouchers issued in?
9. Gift Vouchers are valued and issued in EUR (€) Euros.
How will I receive a Gift Voucher?
10. Once your order has been processed and we have taken payment, you will be emailed the electronic Gift Voucher code to the email address where your order confirmation email is also sent. You will not receive anything in the post for Gift Vouchers that you order. The Physical Gift Voucher will be delivered in person.
How do I give the Gift Voucher to the recipient?
11. Once you have received the electronic Gift Voucher code, you can then forward this email to the gift recipient, or you can print out the voucher and give it to them.
Purchasing a Gift Voucher for Someone Else
12. You can buy a Digital Gift Voucher for another person. During checkout, you have the option to enter the recipient’s email address and schedule the exact date and time for the voucher to be sent. This allows you to surprise them at the perfect moment for any special occasion.
13. Please note that Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
I am the recipient of a Gift Voucher. How do I redeem it?
14. Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase any product on www.molci.store. Select the item(s) you wish to order and add them to your basket. To apply your Gift Voucher, enter the electronic voucher code you received in the ‘Voucher Code’ box and click the ‘Add’ button. This will then apply the voucher to your order. Then proceed to Checkout as normal.
What are the restrictions?
15. The following restrictions apply to your use of the Gift Vouchers:
– You can only use one voucher per order, and no change will be issued if the full value of the voucher is not used in the order.
– Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, so make sure to redeem your Gift Voucher in time.
– Gift Vouchers can be used on www.molci.store and in MOLCI Dress Gallery..
– Gift Vouchers are valued and issued in EUR (€) Euros.
I have paid for an order using a Gift Voucher. What happens if I want to return my order?
16. For orders that are refunded, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used to pay for the order. Therefore, if you have paid, or part-paid, for an order using a MOLCI Gift Voucher, any refund will be issued in Gift Vouchers to the same value. The same conditions are valid for Physical Gift Vouchers.
I have lost a Gift Voucher. What do I do?
17. If you are the recipient of a MOLCI Gift Voucher, please ask the purchaser if they still have details of your Voucher Code. If not, please ask the purchaser to contact us via email hello@molci.store so that the Gift Voucher can be reissued. We can only reissue Gift Vouchers that have not been redeemed.
18. If you have lost a Physical Gift Voucher, please contact us at hello@molci.store with details of the purchase. While we cannot guarantee a replacement, we will do our best to assist you.
19. Please note that the original Gift Voucher will be void if we issue a replacement, and the original expiry date will still apply.
When do you own the Gift Voucher, and who is responsible for it?
20. The risk of loss and title for a Gift Voucher shall pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Voucher to the purchaser or designated recipient, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if any Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
Can I return my Gift Voucher?
21. Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights. The value of the Gift Voucher cannot be converted back to cash.
CLOTHING SEWING AGREEMENT No.
1. OBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. The Designer undertakes to provide design creation, material preparation, clothing sewing, and related consultation services and other services specified in Annex No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as Services), following market standards, expertise, and knowledge, and to deliver the final product – a custom-made garment(s) as specified in Annex No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as the Result) to the Client.
1.2. The Client agrees to accept the Services and Result and to pay for the provided Services as outlined in this Agreement, Annex No. 1, and other documents governing the service provision terms.
1.3. The scope of services, payment conditions, and deadlines are outlined in this Agreement and its Annex. The Partiesmay revise service conditions during execution by modifying the scope, nature, deadlines, pricing, or incorporating additional requirements from the Client. All changes must be made in writing by both Parties, forming an additional annex, a new revision of an existing annex, or a separate agreement. Price changes shall be made as per the procedure defined in the Agreement.
1.4. The Designer undertakes to personally perform the Services or engage qualified staff to fulfill the Client’s needs. All personnel involved in the service provision will be responsible for the proper execution of the Services and their results.
1.5. The Designer will execute the Services as per the Client’s confirmed specifications, which are outlined in Annex No. 1 or any other mutually agreed and approved method.
2. SERVICE DELIVERY PROCEDURE
2.1. Before signing this Agreement, the Parties will discuss the Client’s preferences, expectations, materials, color selection, and visual concept, if applicable. The final service execution plan, deadlines, and prices are specified in Annex No. 1, which is signed along with this Agreement.
2.2. The Designer will regularly coordinate with the Client, providing updates on service execution and production progress. The Client may submit reasoned feedback, which the Designer will consider, provided it aligns with the nature of the Agreement, the Client’s expectations, the agreed price, and other circumstances.
2.3. The Designer is not responsible for deviations from the agreed Services or Results if such deviations occur due to:
- Unclear, illogical, or unreasonable instructions from the Client
- Instructions given in an improper or untimely manner
- Requests that are fundamentally incompatible with the agreed service scope
- Instructions given at a stage where execution becomes impractical or would result in disproportionate costs
2.4. If any Client requests cause additional costs or effort, the Client shall bear those expenses.
2.5. The Designer will deliver the Result within the mutually agreed time frame according to the final approved design concept.
2.6. Upon the successful completion of the Services, both Parties shall sign a Work Acceptance and Handover Act(Annex No. 2).
2.7. If the Designer fails to perform the Services properly, the Client has the right to:
- Request a price reduction
- Require corrections or reimbursement for fixing defects
- Request a refund and terminate the contract in case of a significant breach
2.8. The Client’s rights under Section 2.7 shall not apply if any defects arose due to Client instructions, which the Designer had previously disclosed to the Client, and the Client accepted the risk.
3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
Obligations of the Designer:
- To independently perform the Services following professional standards
- To ensure the Services and Result meet the agreed requirements
- To cooperate closely with the Client throughout the execution
- To promptly notify the Client of any circumstances affecting service completion
- To deliver the final product to the Client
Obligations of the Client:
- To cooperate and provide necessary instructions, materials, and information
- To attend fittings and consultations upon the Designer’s request
- To communicate expectations and modifications clearly
- To accept Services and Result upon completion
- To pay the Designer as agreed
4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1. Payment is based on the agreed scope of Services and price, as specified in Annex No. 1.
4.2. If the Services involve materials provided by the Designer, the Client must pay in advance for the materials.
4.3. The pre-agreed price may be adjusted if additional Client instructions cause changes in cost.
4.4. A deposit of 60% of the agreed amount is required before production starts, with the balance due upon completion.
4.5. In the event of delayed payment, the Designer may suspend Services or withhold delivery. A 1 % late payment fee per day will be applied.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1. The Designer retains all intellectual property rights to designs, sketches, patterns, and concepts created under this Agreement.
5.2. The Client has the right to use the Result but does not own the design rights unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
6. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
6.1. Either Party may terminate this Agreement by providing 15 days’ written notice, provided the Client has settled all outstanding payments.
6.2. The Designer may terminate the Agreement if the Client fails to pay within 15 days and does not resolve the issue within 5 additional days after written notification.
6.3. If terminated due to the Client’s fault, the Client must compensate the Designer for all incurred expenses.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. Annex No. 1 and any other annexes are an integral part of this Agreement.
7.2. Any modifications must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
7.3. This Agreement is governed by Lithuanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or through the Consumer Rights Protection Authority in Vilnius.
7.4. The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement is legally binding, and both have signed it voluntarily.
